Any chaos will be in Kent ( and other UK lorry parks )

The UK Government  narrative is clear. If there's friction exporting to the EU and it's "all a bit slipshod and disorganised and there's therefore chaos because of failure of the EU to plan" then HMG is going to blame the direct consequences of leaving the Customs Union and Single Market on the EU. We've left the EU and at the end of the year we exit the Withdrawal Agreement's Transition Period that's been in place since the 1st of Feb. During the Transition Period we continued to be in the Customs Union and Single Market although no longer an EU member. That's what's kept our imports and exports flowing freely since then. It means we're yet to feel the practical effects of Brexit. Next year the EU will continue to exist and operate its Customs Union and Single Market. With or without an FTA, as we'll be outside the Customs Union and Single Market and a third country, all our exports to the EU will be subject to checks at the border. Wh

CPU cooling - water vs air is now water vs heat pipe

There was a time when air cooling was simple and feeble and water cooling was complex and powerful.

Air cooling was simple - strap a metal heat sink with big fins to the CPU and use a fan to blow air over the fins to cool the heat sink and thus the CPU.

Water cooling was complex - a metal heat exchange takes the place of the heat sink and you have to fit a pump and radiator and then fill the system with coolant.

The AIO - All In One - water cooling became a simple thing. An AIO kit includes a metal heat exchange with integral pump and a complete and filled radiator and water pipes.

When you look at it though, a water cooling system still uses air to cool the water and can best be thought of as a cpu - heat exchange -water - radiator - air cooling system.

Air cooling has moved along and with the advent of heat pipes has got a lot better.

When you compare water and air cooling the heat pipes take the place of the water. A modern air cooler can best be though of as a cpu - heat exchange - heat pipe - radiator - air cooling system!

The key comparison is no longer water vs air but water vs heat pipe and heat pipes are really efficient!

Here's Linux Tech Tips video which nearly, but does not quite say the above!

No Remainers are involved. This Brexit belongs to Johnson and the Tory Party.
